These terms govern the use of the DENTITRAVEL.pl website and the conditions for the provision of dental travel coordination services.

Scope of services

DENTITRAVEL.pl provides intermediary and coordination services for organising dental treatment trips to licensed partner clinics in Turkey. Services include: preliminary consultations, clinic selection, travel arrangements, transfers, accommodation and coordination support during the stay.

Role of DENTITRAVEL

DENTITRAVEL.pl acts solely as a coordinator and intermediary. We are not a medical facility and do not provide medical services. All medical procedures are performed by licensed partner clinics in Turkey, which bear full responsibility for the medical services they provide.

Limitation of liability

DENTITRAVEL.pl is liable only for the proper performance of its coordination services. We are not liable for: the course or outcome of medical procedures performed by partner clinics, flight delays or cancellations, changes to treatment plans made by the attending dentist, or individual patient reactions to treatment.

Payments

Payment terms are agreed individually. DENTITRAVEL.pl coordination fees are separate from clinic treatment costs. All prices shown on the website are indicative — the final treatment cost is determined by a dentist at the partner clinic after an in-person consultation and diagnostics.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are governed by the individual agreement concluded with the client. The client has the right to withdraw from the agreement in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, subject to any statutory exceptions.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved primarily through negotiation. Failing agreement, disputes shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of DENTITRAVEL.pl. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods.

Amendments

DENTITRAVEL.pl reserves the right to amend these terms. Users will be notified of changes via the website. Continued use of the service after changes are introduced constitutes acceptance.
